Highly recommend to everybody. This was our first time going to a RV dealership, we have been looking via marketplace, everybody was very helpful, knowledgeable, as we asked a million questions. We are now the proud owners of a trailer.

The Thermostat and Propane Furnace on my Class A Motorhome was not working just prior to heading south, so I booked a last minute appointment in December to have it serviced. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the service advisor, and Dave, the service tech came out to the RV to ask a few questions, discuss the issue, and drive my RV into the shop. Within an hour Dave had determined the cause of the problem and had everything back in perfect working order. The service advisor, Todd explained what was done. Before driving away, Dave came out to the RV again and walked me through what he had done to repair it. The RV Repair world can be very frustrating to deal with, as I have experienced on occasion at other shops across Canada and in the US, but today was definitely the exception. These two guys handled my issue in both a professional and friendly way. I drove off relieved that the problem was resolved, and totally impressed with my experience at Leisure Days. Thanks guys.

Leisure Days RV Centre is a welcoming, knowledgeable, customer oriented business. No sales person pressure, friendly and personable staff. We purchased our trailer and are very satisfied with the service we received. We would highly recommend this business.

We had been on waiting lists at a few parks for a couple of years. Leisure Days was our favourite dealership to check out trailers. One day we got the call from a park. Suddenly we needed a trailer quickly. At Leisure Days Ayr, we worked closely with Jon Newton. He listened to our needs and acted quickly. We picked a great unit and Jon got everything rolling quickly. Also a shout out to David in financing for making it a simple process. I highly recommend Jon and the crew at Leisure Days Ayr.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We just purchased our very first trailer without being pushed toward the brand new models. We had a size and layout in mind, and Tom, our salesman found it. The exact trailer we were looking for was actually last years model and happened to be gently used. Power was put to the trailer so we could get an idea of some of the "bells and whistles" and told about the inspection the trailer will go through, the operation run down we will get before the trailer leaves the Leisure Days property, and what happens afterwards. With on site financing, Bill made the process super easy to understand and do. Nothing was a forced purchase, everything was explained and the choices were made by us. An extremely positive experience. We highly recommend Leisure Days RV Center.

EDIT: We bought our trailer " as is" so we didnt have expectations on repairs after purchase. These people have come through with the couple of issues we had with no questions asked. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Very nice, very professional and very patient! When we walked in we spoke with Nick, and after hearing what we need he said “I have the perfect guy for you” and did he ever. Our salesman Jon showed us almost every trailer on the lot to make sure we found the correct one for our needs, and every question we had he had an answer for. A few times we were discussing numbers and we thought we found the right one, but then we’d notice something we didn’t like and he already knew of a trailer that had/didn’t have those features. Once we decided on a trailer, he then stayed an hour after closing time (on a Sunday) to finish up paperwork with us so that we would be able to receive our trailer in time for our very near camping trip, as we wanted to camp in the new trailer rather than our old one if possible. We returned the next day to finalize all the paperwork with Bill and he was very careful to explain everything to us and ensure we knew what we were signing. We were explained extensively what all of the warranty packages did and he was also excellent about answering our many questions. From the time we walked in to when we walked out we felt totally cared and that they had only our best interest in mind. Never once did we feel pressured to buy anything, and in fact when we walked in we had already put a deposit on a unit at another dealership. We were truly just there to look. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking at buying a trailer

We recently rented an RV from Leisure Days and dealt with Patrick as a point person for our interactions. Let's just say - there's a reason we have been back 3+ times. The experience was great. Patrick was fantastic to deal with and he was always around when we had a couple of questions during our week-long adventure. First rate service and very good for beginner rv’ers or returning pros. Had a great experience. Nick, Tom and Bill were very helpful and were not pushy at all. Found the right trailer for our growing family but unfortunately we had some unexpected personal matters come up and they were more than understanding and did not push us. We highly recommend them and will return when we are ready.

I had a problem with my trailer so I came in to talk to the service department and Todd was the guy there to help me with my answers. He actually gave me a good advice and actually help me with my two problems I had and it worked I will come back in this RV store to the service department with any more problems I have. Leisure Days is the RV Centre where we purchased our very first travel trailer back in 2021. Nick and Kayla made the purchasing process easy! Service and Parts continue to be extremely helpful when answering my many questions; Kim in particular! The Techs are knowledgeable, honest and truly know what they are doing! I love leisure days R. V. This is the third trailer I bought from them. The last 2 have been as ia specials and they have not disappointed. I was able to make necessarily repairs without spending a lot of money. The service team there is excellent, the last one I had delivered to the site, he leveled it and he was patient with me, making sure it was exactly how i wanted it. The sales team worked with me to put the purchase within my budget. And it was awesome , highly recommend this dealership

Dealing with Patrick to book our RV was quick and easy. He met us the day we picked up the RV. He thoroughly went through the RV which was helpful. Although he had a job to do, he made time to find out about our plans during our trip. We were lucky to get a 2025 model. The RV ran very well. It was not hard getting comfortable driving it. It was also surprisingly quite good on gas. Returning the RV was even simpler! We were able to meet with Patrick an hour before our scheduled drop off time slot which we greatly appreciated!

Steve Fleming, the Service manager is a very friendly and up standing individual. When I questioned the charge for a small repair was too high, he agreed and refunded more than half. An honorable company that i would recommend.

This is the third unit we've purchased through a dealership and by far the best, right from the Sales rep.Tom, Finance with Bill and the Service Techs, one gentleman (sorry forgot name) spent 45 minutes with my husband the day after we were in to go over all those things you think of after you leave while you're trying to decide what to do. Picked up our new girl today and service tech David spent over an hour with us making sure we were happy. Another tech (sorry no name) made sure we were hooked up, safe and ready for the road. We have never been treated like this, absolutely perfect. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, I can't say enough. It was just over an hours drive for us but totally worth it. 5 out of 5 for me

I was in desperate need of a power cable! I drove from Toronto to open my trailer. To find my window in trailer broken and no power, something had eaten through the main power line. By the time the park manager figured out why I had no power the parts department was already closed they refused to sell me the cable. As I was leaving there is a man there named MIKE! I told him my problem, He walked back there and sold me the part. If it was not for him my weekend would have been shot! He was very understanding towards my bad day! He turned my day around. If you ever need anything I suggest you seek him out! He will go out of his way to help you!

A few weeks back I went here to buy my very first RV and spoke to Mike Jurj who listened to my needs and I was well directed to a 2022 travel trailer. Subsequently, this was followed by more exceptional service by Bill Weir in the finance department and he made things look easy from his end. Then this morning I returned with my kids in tow to find the unit painted to my exact specifications and I was guided through a detailed orientation by David Knight from the service department. He also happened to be excellent at gently dealing with my little ones who were getting a little wild. 😌 This was one of the best purchasing experiences of my entire life and this dealership is highly recommended.

Pick up our Bushwacker 17FD today, Jason was great on setting up hitch and swaybars to our Gladiator. He was great on showing us how to use everything. It was great that the rest of the staff out front remembered us when we walked in.

I bought my trailer at another "thou shalt not be named" place with absolutely horrible service. I was having problems with some stuff and no clue what to do. I called a friend of mine who owns a trailer, but he couldn't really help me out. He told me he has another buddy who's an actual tech that's helped him from time to time. This buddy was Steve Syms from your service department. We chatted for over an hour last night, and he walked me through so many problems. Try this, do that, hold your finger over here and kick it...lol In the end, with Steve's help, we managed to get through 95% of the problems. He knows his stuff. Next trailer I'm buying is going to be at Leisure Days, just because of the service. Thank you again Steve for all your help.

This has been our 2nd time renting here. Patrick as always has been great to deal with. Great communication and informative on the instructions how to maintain and operate the RV. Unfortunately we had a breakdown halfway through the trip. Patrick was in communication with us at night and on his weekend time. Patrick (Ayr) location and Pam Lewis(Salisbury NS) worked together and had a new truck delivered to us in hours. We are so grateful to these two for being there and getting us on our way so quickly. They even extended our return time to compensate for the lost time. Thank you Patrick and Pam!!

Very welcoming, no pressure. Gave us time to look around at our leisure. The sales team were very knowledgeable about their product. Felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend the sales team. Now that we have the trailer, there were a few issues that we’re supposed to have been checked before we received it. We ended up fixing it ourselves. The recliner chair broke on the first day and was clearly damaged prior to us receiving it. It’s been at least 4 weeks now and we still don’t have a replacement and no offer of resolution. We are disappointed to say the least. I guess for them it’s the sale!

We had a good experience from the moment we walked in to leaving!! We planned on looking at a used trailer we saw online, ended up buying another used trailer that had come in that day 😊 We were never pressured while we looked thru all their used trailers. We also were not pressured in purchasing the warranty "extras" Everything was explained by Bill and we then decided to purchase what fit our needs.
